A day in which you write something is a day well-spent

Writing Madness

With one week left of winter break from school, I’m writing furiously to make up for days during the semester I use for studying instead of writing. There’s never any harm done by getting extra writing in so that you can have less to worry about when your midterms are on their way. Stress is a major killer of motivation to finish something, to achieve your dreams. The way to solve that is to take a break from whatever is stressing you out and do something relaxing from ten to twenty minutes every thirty minutes that you work.
Doing this stress-relief routine may seem like a time-waster, but it’s actually a useful tool to get through a tough project (like a book).
